The sandy-bottom Kamaole Beach I, II, & III are two skips from Kihei Akahi and are watched over by lifeguards and backed by picnic benches. To complement the pristine beaches you also have the two on-site, guest-only, secure, clean, swimming pools!
Literally cool unit, taking advantage of the tranquil trade winds for fresh air ventilation, supported by ceiling fans, and the pull-down sun shade on the lanai. Take your meals, coffee, or wine on the lanai, or just sit and enjoy reading a book with nature's calming soundtrack provided by the singing of the exotic birds flying through the lush, tropical foliage of the meticulously manicured Kihei Akahi gardens. Or if you are feeling energetic, capitalize on the free on-site tennis court; or even head down and BBQ your favorite meat, fish, or vegetable on the updated outdoor propane gas grills - get a full list of Kihei Akahi amenities from the warm and friendly staff at the front office.

You can expect a very fast email response from us (owners) while booking your dream vacation. There is electronic key access, so you will not need to interact with anyone in person. We are always a phone call away, and we are super responsive on email - try us! As you can see in the quote/payment, it includes an extra line item for a cleaning fee per stay. Our condo is cleaned and sanitized prior to every stay by a professional cleaning company on Maui. They comply to the latest CDC guidelines, including the chemicals/solutions they use, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and sanitation of cleaning equipment. In addition, if for whatever reason you cannot reach us directly, the cleaning company can act as a backup local number to call. Contact details for all are provided after booking.

About the OwnerDaniel and Jenny have known each other since 1993. They've lived in various European countries before emigrating to Seattle (WA) where they've been living since 2008. Daniel works at Microsoft, and Jenny is also a software developer. They have visited all the Hawaiian islands and fell in love with Maui, and specifically Kihei. Kihei is the driest, sunniest of all of Maui, and it has the best underwater world with many dive/snorkeling sites including Molokini - a short trip from Kihei Boat Ramp. It is also very walk-able, and when you choose to drive you can find car parking easily (unlike other places on the island...). We try to visit the island twice a year for 2-4 weeks each time, boogie boarding in Kamaole Beach III, snorkeling between Kamaole Beach I and II, and sometimes walking further south to Keawakapu Beach or driving to Big Beach. We try to eat all our meals on the lanai, watch the sunset every single day, and stroll up and down S Kihei Rd after a game of tennis or other activity...

Shower with very good water pressure, and hot water. Toilet in the same room. Outside that room is the remodeled vanity area with a lot of storage space, sink, mirror, and extra closet space for towels. Further away from the vanity is a closet with the in-unit stackable washer and dryer inside.
Also note there are external showers by the two pools, to help you leave all that sand outside the condo.
